They got the order wrong, and instead of just fixing it they screamed at me on the phone saying they didn't know what I was talking about. 2 hours later they finally came to pick up their sushi and give our money back. I was allergic to one of the ingredients they put, and clearly asked not to put it. Then they said they didn't know what masago was.. Because they are not Japanese and had no idea. The instructions were clear on the ticket, even on the one they gave me at delivery! Instead of being so rude and horrible to customers, when they made a mistake, it would've been easier to send us the right thing. Horrible lady, she should get fired. |
