War ok aber nichts Besonderes.

We live just around the corner and called in an order for pick-up (two pizzas -- one the parma and the second the chavignol). Service on the phone was friendly and courteous. Pick-up: easy and swift. The pizzas were delicious! Even for pick-up to eat at home, we were impressed. I imagine it's even better for dine-in, but what a gem! Thank you! We will be back. Merci, grazie mille!

They must’ve changed management recently because the pizza is not Roman style anymore (thin crust, crispy and large base and it used to be great quality), but Neapolitan (thick crust, fluffy, smaller base). Even if my personal preference is Roman style, I enjoy Neapolitan too. However the dough is extremely heavy, I was dehydrated and couldn’t sleep well during the night every single time I had their pizza (3 times) - surely something is not done correctly during the leavening.

I will change my go-to pizzeria for the foreseeable future, until the new management and pizzaiolo improve the quality of their pizza!

Also, they got 3 out of 4 pizzas wrong in our order last night… so make sure you check your pizzas before taking them out!

Really nice pizzas. When I've ventured into the pastas and meats I have never been disappointed. Good sized portions and quality with no pretentiousness. Efficient home delivery.
Quiet terrace with friendly staff.

It was my first time there and will not be the last.
I went with an Italian friend to test their new pizza and it was a great experience.
The pizza is so tasty and tomato sauce reminds me of Napoli

Been several times. Service good but could be that notch better.
Food good but don't like the chinaware. Plus, café gourmand had some very weak elements.
Atmosphere has much improved with the new decor etc.
Inconsistent with free digestive as to whether it is given or not.

Great food! Service was excellent, but they forgot to give me olive oil for the bread (I didn't know I was supposed to get it until I saw them bringing it out for other customers...i know im nit picking). 🙃 I would eat here again...menu had many options.

I can't count the number times I ate at this place with family and friends. Just read some reviews for curiosity, frankly New Inn is a guaranteed place for good Italian and French food, I have never been disappointed and we tried nearly all of their exhaustive menu! The owner knows what serving customers means, really! Just great!
