Well, right away I want to say that I'm not much of evaluating establishments but after seeing Kabuki's reviews I think it's my obligation to say what I think of the restaurant and the staff. I came here for the first time by chance, but since then I come here constantly and every time I come I find the same thing. Very tasty food, excellent service and a very pleasant, almost familiar environment. For many who say that sometimes it's noisy, or there are people having fun with karaoke, I can't agree. Yes, it's a very different restaurant, alive and with atmosphere, when I want silence or peace I stay at home or go to a park. I live 40km away and I come here almost weekly, and I will continue to come because for me there is no better. Extremely fair price. And yes, the robot is amazing, but it was programmed for that, I value more the sympathy received by the employees (and yes, even if people don't walk with a smile on their face 24/24 it doesn't mean that they are bad-faced or rude, they are not robots to always be well). If you want a relaxed atmosphere, Kabuki is the ideal place ✌🏽

很喜歡，餛飩湯非常道地的味道，完全是台灣的味道（不知大陸的餛飩湯是否也是這個味兒？）🥰壽司跟春捲也好吃！

Overall very good experience with the tablet and the robot. It is just a bit too loud. Excellent price quality ratio, we will be coming back. Very kind and attentive staff, keep it so! We loved the round tables for a larger group.

Dispute familiale en arrivant, on rentre dans le restaurant ils ne font même pas attention à nous tellement ils sont concentrés dans leurs dispute. Les sushis très salé et pimentés je ne recommande pas. L’eau coûte super chère

Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sushi war ebenfalls geschmacklich zufriedenstellend. Paniertes oder Gebackenes, egal ob Fleisch oder Shrimps, waren vermutlich vorfrittiert und ein weiteres Mal heiß frittiert, sodass alles voller Öl triefte. Selbst die Pommes für die Kinder waren ungenießbar.
Wie bereits erwähnt, Sushis sind okay.

Reste durften wir gegen eine Gebühr von 10€ mitnehmen.

Atmosphere much improved by the robot waiter, conversation ice breaker. Service nice with smiling faces, almost too happy to me for the first time. Had beef fried noodles that turned out to be cheap spaghetti. Sauces good though. Fried rice next time...

I ordered food around 8PM and it was supposed to come around 9:30PM. Called them at 11PM to ask if they will bring me my food someday, the answer I got was a very rude and cold „yeah in 5min“. Writing this at 2:30AM hungry because my food never arrived! Very disrespectful and will never try to order food there again.

Ate in - all the front of house staff were coughing loudly and often. My dish was advertised as a special at a discounted price but I didn’t receive the discount and they didn’t understand me when I tried to query it. I asked for additional sauce which I didn’t get.

There were two women serving customers, one was in a grumpy mood and had no personal skills - the other woman was so nice and bubbly and had a great attitude.

My wife had sushi and she said it was quite good.

The service is very friendly, the food is piping hot and fresh, the chop sticks are interesting. The fried rice is really good. The wonton soup had very deep flavor, a ton of wontons, and it felt like it was never ending. AND they have a robot waiter. A robot waiter. It is very cool.
