This is not ordinary chinese food. It is much better and tastes really wonderful. Ordered soup nr 4 potage au poivre oriental And main dish nr 300 canard laqué à la cantonaise Both dishes where prepared perfectly, great looks, hot soup but very tasty and with a little spicy kick at the end, loved it. The duck had a crispy skin which i liked to eat slowly and separately. It was as it should be. The duck meat was tender and also just right. The sauce that came with this dish had a really nice kick, did not use to much but it made me really taste each piece for a well deserved time. The setting was at first like where are we but the dishes, the classic music in the background and enjoyable company made that we had a fantastic evening. Thank you for hosting that. |
