The restaurant impressed with its authentic tandoori butter roti and daal makhani. They were clearly the winners. The butter paneer and butter chicken's gravies were overly sweet with a strong tomato flavor. Despite this, the service was friendly and accommodating. |

We ordered from Surya regularly since moving to Luxembourg. Over the last 3 years, quality of the food has gone drastically downhill. Today we ordered via Takeaway (as we have done a few times before). We called the restaurant but they gave excuses about the wrong order. I ordered all food with safran rice, but it got delivered with plain rice. I ordered chicken curry, which i have ordered multiple times before and it was completely different in taste. I ordered sauce picante with the chicken drumsticks and i got tamarind sauce instead. Whats the point of putting options for the customer if you don’t follow it?? Its such a disappointment because Surya was our go-to indian Restaurant for the last 3 years, however after the recent order I will not be recommending it to anyone or eating here ever again. |
