Had fixed menu due to it being a work lunch with 30 people. Choice was vegetarian or 'normal' (as everyone in catering still seems to see their customers). Cannot fault the food quality and taste. Service was also super friendly, from whom I presume was the owner. 1 star off because the non-vegetarian menu was a plate of meat. Literally. Chicken, duck, beef and pork. Cooked perfectly and in a tasty sauce, but just meat. No side vegetables, or even vegetables within. Being normal was a bit boring after the 5th bite. All the 'normals' in my group began begging for scraps from the smug vegetarians at the table :) |
